Description
Colon massage through the abdominal approach helps stimulate motility and relieve pain and discomfort caused by slow intestinal transit, constipation, and flatulence (bloating). By engaging the abdominal and thoracic muscles, the massage contributes to improved breathing and circulation, as well as the elimination of excess tissue fluids from the abdominal area. - A minimum water intake of 2 litres per day, daily physical activity and reflexotherapy are recommended.
