A treatment carried out entirely in the hammam, combining exfoliation with alternating hot and cold water baths, aimed at deep detoxification, improved blood circulation, hardening the body and strengthening the immune system. It includes acclimatisation in the steam sauna (40 C), application of a foaming exfoliating gel, mechanical exfoliation with an abrasive kessa glove, alternating rinses with hot and cold water and a quick ice massage to cool the body, tone the blood vessels and close the pores.
