Hot Towel cold Stones Facial Massage
A facial workout that combines alternating hot and cold applications with aromatherapy. The massage, using warm towels, cold stones, and compressive movements, increases blood flow to the brain, removes toxins, oxygenates and nourishes the tissues, relieves congestion of the upper respiratory tract, reduces under-eye bags, and helps improve skin tone and firmness.
Feet Rejuvenating Treatment
AA treatment designed to relieve congestion in the legs, with a draining and revitalizing effect, helping to release tension in the soles of the feet. It includes exfoliation of the soles with an alum stone scrub and a relaxing massage with peppermint oil. A therapy that can successfully complement other treatments on the OSPA menu.
Facial Therapeutic Lymphatic Drainage Massage
The lymphatic system plays a role in transporting waste products throughout the body. Impaired lymphatic drainage deteriorates the appearance of the skin and leads to premature ageing. Facial lymphatic drainage massage consists of gentle, slow manual movements combined with jade rollers and bamboo sticks, helping to improve circulation and oxygen supply, restoring the skin's vitality and elasticity.
