The children under the age of 16 can only be allowed if accompanied by an adult member; they are only allowed in the pool area, except for the special dedicated programs and under the supervision of Orhideea Health & Spa personnel.

If you booked a spa therapy, please try to come 15 minutes earlier so that you enjoy a complete experience. If you are late, your experience will only be limited to the reserved amount of time.

If you want to cancel a reservation, please call 24 hours before. If you do not show for you appointment, a 25% fee will be retained.
We kindly ask you to switch off your mobile phones so that you and the other guests truly enjoy the relaxing moments and spend quality time during your stay in the spa.
You are also asked to state any previous or special condition/affection before starting any treatment or before using the spa facilities. You will be asked to fill in a form which includes information about past/present medical affections/conditions. This information will help your therapist decide whether a treatment is suited or not for you. Thus your spa experience will be complete and as pleasant as possible.

For your comfort, you will be provided with robes and towels. During a treatment, your body will be covered, except for the area where the treatment is applied. Your therapist will provide you with single use items and other accessories needed for your comfort and intimacy.
