Black Friday Campaign Regulations for the products and services of the Orhideea Health & Spa Center during the discount period.

Organizer

The seller of the products and services / service provider is the Orhideea Spa Health Foundation with headquarters in Bucharest, Calea Plevnei 145B, SPA, sector 6, authorized based on the public sentence in File 275/PJ/1996 opened at the District Court 2, with fiscal code RO9347586, telephone 021.56.96.555, e-mail: info@orhideeaspa.ro, registered as a personal data operator, as operator of the Orhideea Health & Spa center also called OH&S.

Duration and period of implementation

The promotional period for the sale of OH&S goods and services is between November 21, 2025, 00:00 – November 30, 2025, 23:59 and will take place on the website https://orhideeaspa.ro and at the reception of the Orhideea Health & Spa center.

The period of implementation may be modified due to possible exceptional circumstances,

independent of the will of the organizer.

Campaign implementation mechanism

The promotional period is called “Black Fridays “.

The discounts applied to the products in the campaign will be 40% of the standard rate. The offers within the campaign cannot be combined with other existing discounts or promotions.

The promotional campaign is structured in two distinct periods:

Introduction period: November 14, 2025 – November 20, 2025, during which customers are informed about the official period of the shopping campaign.
Purchase period: November 21, 2025, 00:00 – November 30, 2025, 23:59. During this period, participants can take full advantage of the attractive offers available within the campaign.

Discounts applied for the products in the promotion:

Membership Card, 40% discount on the standard rate for: Individual Membership Card and Family Membership Card. Rates and information regarding membership cards can be found in the section: Abonamente Centru Spa.
Gift Cards from the promotional offer: 40% discount on the standard rate, which can be found in the Gift Cards section.

Eligibility:

The offer applies only to purchases made during the mentioned period. By purchase is understood the access to the product on the website www.orhideeaspa.ro or at the center’s reception and its full payment.

Any request that does not fall within this time frame will not be taken into account. The OH&S Center cannot be held liable for incomplete or unfinalized payments due to the fault of the buyer, the online payment operator or the issuer of the payment instrument.

Purchase process:

The purchase can be made online on the website https://orhideeaspa.ro or at the reception of the Orhideea Spa center.
Payment can be made in cash, bank card or through the Gecad Payment (PayU) platform.
As a general rule, we will send you the invoice for the order for products sold/delivered in electronic format, by e-mail. Due to webmail site filters (Yahoo, Gmail, etc.), it is possible that our response will reach you in the SPAM or JUNK folder. Please check this folder as well. Membership Card Activation:

Membership cards must be activated within 1 month of purchase.
Activation dates must be specified within this interval; otherwise, the activation date will be considered the date of purchase.

Validity period, freebies:

The membership card is valid for 12 months from the date of its activation.
Upon purchasing the membership card, 4 weeks of free All Inclusive access (fitness, swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas, salt room, relaxation area, tepidarium) to the Orhideea Spa center are offered.
The freebie period begins upon card activation, but no later than 1 month from purchase.
After the freebie period has expired, to use the facilities of the Orhideea Spa health center, members will pay the monthly or daily access fee for the areas and facilities they wish to use. By purchasing a membership card or monthly access contribution online or at the provider’s headquarters, the client expressly declares that he understands to accept and respect:

The center’s Internal Order Regulations, as well as the terms of the membership contract and the monthly access contract. The contractual terms for the membership contract and monthly access can be found in the section “Terms and Conditions.”

Validity of products and services in the promotion:

The membership card is valid for 12 months from the date of its activation.
Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase with an advance appointment. Please note that due to the high number of requests, appointments, especially for Sundays, must be made at least 3 weeks in advance.

Right of withdrawal:

The buyer has the right to notify the Orhideea Spa Health Foundation in writing of the withdrawal from the purchase within 14 working days from the payment of the products, without penalties.
After the 14-day period from the moment of payment / the date of entry into force of the contract, the customer no longer has the possibility to unilaterally terminate the membership contract.

Purchase methods:

Gift cards can be purchased at the reception of the Orhideea Spa center, by e-mail or online at https://orhideeaspa.ro.
Payment can be made with cash, bank card, or via a secure payment link.
Gift Cards will be issued after payment confirmation and will be sent electronically or can be picked up at reception.

Final provisions:

The Black Fridays offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
The Orhideea Spa Health Foundation reserves the right to modify the campaign regulations at any time, without prior notice.
By purchasing products within the Black Fridays Campaign, customers declare that they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions, as well as the rules specific to each product or service.
These regulations are supplemented with: General Terms and Conditions for online sales of products and services of the Orhideea Health & Spa Center.
